Bean dips are so very easy to make and are much more economical than purchasing them premade at the store. I recommend keeping a dip in the fridge, weekly, with some cut veggies for easy snacking!
1 can white beans, like cannellini
1-2 garlic cloves
3/4 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt (I'm recently obsessed with this one)
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Garnish: I used black sesame seeds and smoked paprika
Blend all ingredients (besides garnish) in food processor until smooth. Adjust and taste for adjustments. Pour into a container and garnish.
